Our Story

Since 2026, Churrería Calderón has been bringing the authentic taste of Spain to the streets of Toronto. Our family recipe has been passed down for generations, using only premium ingredients.

All our methods come from the Catalan region of Spain, where it all started in a foodtruck around 2012. We were fortunate enough to learn from one of the best churreros in all of Spain.

Every morning we hand-make our churros so they arrive crispy, hot and full of flavor.
